Funções e Responsabilidades
  • Transportar correspondências, documentos, objetos e valores;
  • Executar serviços externos (entrega de faturas, notas fiscais, documentos, bancários);
  • Atender às demandas de serviços externos intersetoriais;
  • Recolher e receber as guias e prontuários para o faturamento;

Outras Atividades:

  • Digitar as consultas recolhidas no sistema;
  • Selecionar e ou arquivar as guias e contas conforme demanda/faturamento;
  • Apoiar as demandas dos setores de contas a pagar e receber;

Competências Específicas:

  • Excelente habilidade em comunicação e interação com os colegas;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerenciar múltiplos projetos ao mesmo tempo;
  • Conhecimento avançado de procedimentos internos;
  • Excelente capacidade de aprendizado e adaptação;
