About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our Digital Sales team at Salesforce. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and corporate resources to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports to help them achieve their sales goals
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and sales coaching skills
  • Experience in sales management and team development
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong drive for results and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Consultative selling experience and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and prior experience working in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
