Caregiver Role

We are currently accepting applications for Caregivers within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to delivering high-quality care, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must.

This caregiver role will involve providing Personal Care Assistance (PCA) to residents based on their individualized care plans, reporting changes to the nursing team regarding resident status, communication with all staff members, and computer documentation of PCAs provided and vital signs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
