The Investments team supports clients worldwide by delivering a range of investment solutions. These services span advisory, OCIO, total funds solutions, specialist portfolio solutions, and analytics tools that provide access to high-quality investment ideas and opportunities to meet long-term investment goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the US Head of Growth and Growth team to drive business success by growing client relationships, acquiring new business, aligning intellectual capital with client demand, and increasing market penetration in the US corporate pension plan sector.
- Assess market needs in the Western region and oversee distribution activity.
- Deliver sustainable growth in the US by cultivating relationships with existing investment and health, wealth, and career clients, and optimizing sales processes for efficiency.
This role requires collaboration across various stakeholders within the organization, including the Head of Growth, Head of Clients, client teams, and sales and client management teams (including Retirement) to ensure alignment and deliver results.
