We are seeking an Analyst to join us, working directly on supporting the development of investment theses, deal origination, analysis, and execution of potential transactions in Brazil and abroad.

The professional will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing presentation materials, and tracking relevant market transactions, while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze company financial statements.
  • Build, update, and analyze financial models, including projections and scenario simulations.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct market research and comparable peer analysis.
  • Monitor and track transactions and market trends relevant to the sector.
  • Support due diligence processes and investment execution.
  • Contribute strategic insights based on critical thinking and strong business acumen.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
