We are seeking a Strategic Development Specialist, an expert in business strategy and development who will work closely with our leadership team to drive growth and success.
Job DescriptionThe Strategic Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support the company's objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating innovative solutions to drive business growth.
In addition, this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business initiatives, as well as providing analytical and advisory support to senior leaders.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the Strategic Development Specialist must have excellent organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
This individual should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, and develop financial models to evaluate the return on investment of different projects.
Familiarity with strategic planning processes, preferably within the telecommunications industry, is a plus. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, and modeling) and PowerPoint is required.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, finance, or MBA) is essential, along with 2+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic planning within the telecommunications sector.
