Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

This role requires a professional with the ability to foster strategic partnerships and drive successful outcomes for both our organization and our referral partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities will include managing the entire pre-sales conversion funnel, from converting potential partners into new partners to managing the referral lifecycle until a discovery meeting is scheduled or a lead is created.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for executing comprehensive partner account management strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness and proposing process improvements where applicable to enhance partnership outcomes.

Additionally, this individual will need to build and maintain strong relationships with senior advisors to ensure successful lead generation and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. They will also possess advanced English language skills and be comfortable working remotely.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in account management or business development roles
  • 1+ years of experience working in a sales/business development/account manager role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Advanced level of English
