Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Leadership Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver remote and in-person learning experiences to support leader development across Worldwide Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality instructor-led trainings that engage learners and provide informative content.
- Upskill and train business presenters to ensure they can deliver exceptional training.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess and understand leadership development training programs.
- Identify and deliver individual and team-based projects to meet changing business needs.
- Analyze data to assess competency gained and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, education, instructional design, or organizational development).
- Experience in classroom facilitation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and oral.
- Operational experience within or outside the organization.
