As a strategic Data Insights Leader, you will spearhead our data-driven initiatives to optimize city operations and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical skills and expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive capacity monitoring reports to inform business decisions. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Strategy Support: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in capacity and customer experience. Participate in the development and optimization of strategies to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Analytical Expertise: Solid understanding of data analysis and problem-solving techniques. Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a significant advantage.
  • Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with operational processes in food delivery and ability to optimize them. Previous experience in project management or city operations is preferred.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster good relationships. Good command of English, with the ability to create reports and deliver presentations.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn new knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in capacity or customer experience data analysis is a plus.
