Job Description
  • The Case Manager will oversee the Kite Konnect program, establishing and managing relationships with select specialty distributors and pharmacies.
  • Ensuring fully compliant practices, policies & procedures both internally and with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor program trends and provide accurate management reports.
  2. Investigate and respond to internal and external customer complaints.
  3. Analyze partnership agreements and project financial impact.
  4. Audit external vendors to ensure compliance with agreement and policies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field required.

Leadership experience in executing trade management activities preferred.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of related experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with emphasis on follow-through and issue resolution.
  • Microsoft Excel/Word & PowerPoint expertise and strong working knowledge of order management and information management systems.
  • English fluency mandatory.
  • Able to influence senior management recommendations.
