The role of Process Analyst at our organization involves strategic planning and execution of projects. Effective communication is key to sharing project status and potential issues that may impact costs or deliveries.
Main Responsibilities:- Project planning and execution entails organizing tasks, resources, and timelines to achieve desired outcomes.
- Status updates and issue reporting require maintaining open communication with stakeholders, including regular progress reports and prompt resolution of any arising issues.
- Process documentation creation for knowledge sharing, analysis support, and operational instruction involves developing clear, concise documents that outline procedures, best practices, and guidelines for employees to follow.
- Tier 2 or 3 service desk handling for doubt resolution, issue management, and proposal fulfillment requires providing technical assistance and support to employees, addressing their queries, and resolving any IT-related issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge sharing with members of the business process improvement team for seamless task execution during absences necessitates creating and disseminating information on processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- Supporting business teams in performance monitoring related to deployed processes and technologies involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to optimize business operations.
- Training delivery for business teams and BPIT members on new processes and solutions requires designing and delivering training programs to educate employees on new procedures, technologies, and systems.
- Cross-functional collaboration with members of the business process improvement team promoting Lean and Agile methodology involves working closely with colleagues from different departments to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Meeting attendance and project participation as co-responsible for regional dissemination require attending meetings, contributing to discussions, and participating in project activities to ensure successful project implementation.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Comex) or a related field is required.
- BPMN - Process Mapping and Design (desirable) can be beneficial for creating and optimizing business processes.
- Project management/Agile Methodology (desirable) skills are valuable for leading and executing projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable) is necessary for effective communication with stakeholders.
