Job Overview\

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Traffic Manager to join our Label Ad Operations Team in Sao Paolo. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of ad campaigns across the region, collaborating closely with internal Artist and Label Management teams as well as external label partners.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Ad trafficking and QA'ing all ads to ensure seamless campaign delivery\
  • Ensuring completeness of ad campaigns to meet label partner specifications\
  • Providing proof of implementation to label partners through previews and reporting\
  • Delivering high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders\
  • Collaborating with Label Campaign Analysts on campaign optimization recommendations using keen understanding of partner goals and product performance\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required\
  • Ongoing analysis of campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements\\
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients at all times\
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by management\
  • Active participation in team meetings and workshops to improve overall team performance and contribute to the company's growth strategy

Requirements

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field\
  • Proven experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP/DSM)\
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail\
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills\
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders\
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not essential\
  • Good understanding of HTML, Javascript, and other ad serving technologies\
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business objectives
