We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Backend Developer.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in bringing our projects to life by designing, implementing, and enhancing server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain backend systems: Design, implement, and enhance server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
  2. Database management: Work with MySQL and DynamoDB to design and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  3. AWS cloud infrastructure: Utilize AWS Lambda and other serverless technologies to build and deploy scalable, cost-effective solutions.
  4. Collaboration: Partner closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and the broader team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  5. Problem-solving: Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure stability and reliability.
  1. System Design: Develop solutions for scale.
  2. Backend development: Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
  3. Database systems: Strong understanding of MySQL and DynamoDB, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  4. Serverless architecture: Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other serverless components for building scalable and efficient applications.
  5. AWS cloud platform: Familiarity with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
  6. Version control: Experience with Git for code management and collaboration.
  1. Agile Principles: Understanding of Agile values and principles (collaboration, customer focus, adaptability, iterative development).
  2. Scrum / Kanban Experience: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments, understanding their ceremonies and artifacts.
  3. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively with other developers, designers, and product managers.
  4. Adaptability: Open to feedback, willing to learn and adjust to changing requirements.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
  1. CI / CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
  2. AI / Machine Learning: Familiarity with AI / ML concepts and frameworks.
