Oil Industry Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Field Specialist to join our team. As a Field Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers, leading the installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safe and compliant installations.
You will work directly with Customer Representatives and drill crews on location, coordinating operations with rigs and production facilities. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice to Customer Representatives on logging and completions operations, interpreting logging and/or digital Slickline data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
- Overseeing wellsite operations, crew, and equipment, and maintaining records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.
- Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance, promoting good customer relations, and performing all required responsibilities safely and in accordance with Baker Hughes policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience in Wire-line and/or completions and interventions
- Good communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
- Desired knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry
