Job Title: Sales Manager

RSG Brasil is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Mato Grosso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast and plan sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to cover Mato Grosso.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development plans.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide technical support.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports and administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account/project management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/chemical industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Agrotech and food tech solutions knowledge and a strong motivation to learn new things and products.
  • Willingness to travel.

Salary range: open to negotiation / PJ form – starting in November 2024
