Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the purchasing team in gathering quotes, analyzing quotes, preparing POs, delivering goods and other documents related to the department.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow up with suppliers to obtain confirmation of purchase orders and delivery dates, and update the SAP system accordingly.
  • Include relevant documents from service providers and contractors in the internal contract manager system.
  • Make quotes for small purchases.
  • Create POs when necessary.
  • Ensure that fiscal requirements are applied.

Requirements:

  • Student in Administration or related courses.
