We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our strategic efforts. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through innovative marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee a team of marketing professionals to achieve quarterly performance targets.
  • Maintain effective relationships with global counterparts to negotiate partnerships and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and manage digital content, promotions, and activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Present regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and project management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Able to travel within the Latin America region.
