Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

This role involves coordinating personnel activities and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist, or similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Data Management: Organize and maintain accurate records for the team, including leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules.
  • Payroll Support: Provide relevant employee information to support payroll activities.
  • Data Updates: Update internal databases with accurate records of sick leave, maternity leave, and other HR-related data.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and revise various HR documents, such as employment contracts, verifications, and onboarding guides.
  • Compliance Liaison: Liaise with external partners to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
  • Metrics Tracking: Create reports and presentations to track HR metrics, like turnover rates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist, or similar role.
  • Payroll Expertise: Experience in payroll activities is essential.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language skills (B2+ / C1) are mandatory.
