Operational Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to join our team.

• The Operational Coordinator will be responsible for conducting training and capacity building for security personnel, ensuring they are up-to-date on procedures and guidelines.
• This includes creating and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine and emergency situations, guaranteeing the team is well-prepared.
• The coordinator will also perform regular patrols and inspections of surveillance areas, identify vulnerabilities, and suggest improvements.
• In the event of incidents such as thefts, invasions, or emergencies, the coordinator will respond promptly, take necessary actions, communicate with authorities, and record incidents.
• Additionally, the Operational Coordinator will conduct internal investigations when necessary, gather information, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed reports for management or police authorities.
• Daily, weekly, or monthly reports detailing team activities, security incidents, and equipment status will be prepared by the coordinator.
• Risk analysis reports will also be produced to identify areas needing increased security measures.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients, updating them on security measures, and addressing their requests is a key aspect of this role.
• The coordinator will ensure that security equipment (radios, metal detectors, cameras) is in proper working condition.
• Organizing and managing resources, such as work schedules, uniforms, communication materials, and transportation, is also a critical function of this position.
