Job Title: Regional Training Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organization's clinical and product goals. This involves developing, planning, implementing, and delivering technical training to customers and internal staff. The Regional Training Manager will work closely with marketing teams to update training materials, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing an external educational strategy that supports main clinical drivers for the business.
  • In charge of training solutions and certifications for internal commercial teams.
  • Consolidating IDS Professional services program within the region.
  • Producing quarterly updates to track the performance and impact of commercial training programs across the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• College degree in the health field (Nursing/Chemist/Biomedicine)

• Proven experience in leading training and development programs

• Fluent English

• Intermediate Spanish (If first language Portuguese)

• Intermediate Portuguese (If first language Spanish)

• Microbiology/Molecular Diagnostic Experience desired

• Experience in clinical laboratory desired
