Regional Technology and Training Specialist

As the Regional Technology and Training Specialist (RTTS), you will be responsible for:
- Being an integral part of Commercial Education team at Global Education Solutions Latam, reporting to Regional Education Manager Latam, and closely partnering with, commercial organization in the field training (Field trainers).
- **Developing and implementing regional Education strategies, according to area of expertise**, for the safe and effective use of JnJ products and future portfolio. Ensure local specialty and platform plans are aligned with regional strategies and are executed according to regional/local plans, including segmentation plans.
- **Developing, updating and communicating to/aligning with key regional and local stakeholders the Education specialty plan and training offer with learning journey by specialty,** according to JJU concepts and specialty/platform needs. Define and align regional education calendar of events.
- **Leading and coordinating the regional Education planning **of area of expertise **within One Force, Cvent, Summit, Axonify **and any other JnJ system, that requires alignment with.
- **Performing Education content design, adaptation, update, revision with and w/o Faculty **until approved by Copy Review (submission to Copy clearance is also this job´s responsibility).
- **Master in the development and delivery of efficient training methodologies **(F2F, Virtual, gaming, hands on, simulation, role plays, etc )
- **Leading and coordinating the execution of regional Education events, **coordinating and aligning all key stakeholders interaction and participation (local clusters education teams, functional areas and franchises). **Coordinating and leading the use and support required from local specialists/TTTs**, specially for big regional events regional and/or also smaller local ones.
- **Defining and deploying to local cluster Education teams minimum standards of proficiency requirements (ex. KPIs, Selection criteria by course, participants assessment, satisfaction surveys, etc),** according to learning journeys, specific LMS (SUMMIT, AXONIFY, etc) and processes established by specialty/commercial positions, with pre defined tracking KPIs and tools. **Lead adequate data input into JnJ systems in a timely and quality manner, and generate analysis of KPIs and reporting **(by course, specialty, TTT, etc) to ensure process compliance and execute adjustments to the plan.
- P**lanning, tracking, controlling and reporting regional and local TnE, Opex and budget by specialty/platform.**:
- **Working closely with functional partners **in order to guaranty educational programs are designed, approved and executed according to internal policies.
- R**epresent LATAM at Global Specialties and Platform CommEd Teams, **to drive and influence global strategies and initiatives according to LATAM needs.
- **Developing and managing faculty / TTTs by area of expertise and by event, **aligning with them specific Specialty/platform needs, also ensuring they comply with JnJ policies. Also responsible for **designing and delivering Train the Trainers trainings to faculty/TTTs.**:
- **Responsible for the Development maintenance of TTTs network (CSTs - Classroom Sales Trainers and FSTs - Field Sales Trainers) **- through the training of these people for both classroom teaching as well as **Training and Coaching in the Field.** This requires follow up TTTs in the field.
- **Deploying new technologies training to Field Trainers in the EP Lab/Operating Rooms (OR)**; Through this support, they will be a strategic partners to implement emerging education related to new technologies.
- **Facilitate the development** of the assigned BU clinical or sales team members to meet the requirements of the certification and ongoing clinical development process
- **Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU)**, best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
- **Maintains Safe Fleet standards** according to Company guidelines.
- **Communicate business related issues** or opportunities to next management level.
- **Ensure personal and Company compliance** with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned as needed.
**Qualifications**
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Experience in the Medical devices segment working with cardiology, especially with electrophysiology
- Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time
- 50% of the time in the field supporting the new technologies training and TTT development.
- English fluency is mandatory
