About the RoleAs the Head of Telesales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's goals. You will lead a large team of sales professionals and be accountable for driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a large team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to ensure the team has the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
