About the Role

As the Head of Telesales, you will be responsible for leading and driving the growth of our telesales business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
  2. Lead a large team of 200-500 sales professionals and provide guidance on recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development.
  3. Drive business growth through effective sales channel management and customer acquisition.
  4. Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum 3-year degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  2. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  4. A passion for sales and a desire to make a real impact on the company's success.
