About the Role

ChampionX is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team in the Brazil Northeast area. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to drive growth
  • Establish business relationships and develop a regional strategy to implement a business plan
  • Maintain customer relationships and collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing, and sales information
  • Work closely with the organization to ensure strategies meet annual operating plan and growth targets
  • Perform market assessments to determine the best channel and strategy to sell ChampionX solutions
  • Guarantee business profitability based on company requirements
  • Identify and leverage resources to conduct technical/product training for customers in specific accounts
  • Participate in product commercialization strategy, research, and development requirements and development priority for new and emerging products
  • Demonstrate effective safety leadership to foster a safety culture
Requirements
  • Complete degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in mechanical lifting systems (Rod Lift)
  • Good computer skills, including the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Active Registration at CREA
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Competitive attitude focused on results
