Sales Development Specialist

ChampionX is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team in the Brazil Northeast area. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to drive growth
- Establish business relationships and develop a regional strategy to implement a business plan
- Maintain customer relationships and collect and analyze technical, financial, marketing, and sales information
- Work closely with the organization to ensure strategies meet annual operating plan and growth targets
- Perform market assessments to determine the best channel and strategy to sell ChampionX solutions
- Guarantee business profitability based on company requirements
- Identify and leverage resources to conduct technical/product training for customers in specific accounts
- Participate in product commercialization strategy, research, and development requirements and development priority for new and emerging products
- Demonstrate effective safety leadership to foster a safety culture
- Complete degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum experience of 5 years in mechanical lifting systems (Rod Lift)
- Good computer skills, including the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
- Fluent English
- Active Registration at CREA
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Competitive attitude focused on results
