Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Sales: Present and sell company products and services to clients in the Mining, Agricultural, or Forestry Industries, Logistics Companies, or Manufacturing Industry.
  • Action Planning and Lead Follow-up: Prepare action plans, follow up on leads, and identify sales prospects to drive business growth.
  • Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure seamless sales activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Account Service Management: Manage account services, resolve client concerns, and provide status reports to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • New Product Opportunities: Communicate new product opportunities and coordinate sales activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Marketing Events and Training: Participate in marketing events and provide on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Order Management: Manage weekly and monthly order taking, capturing sales orders, and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Payment and Shipping Coordination: Follow up on customer payments, manage consignment stock, and coordinate shipping schedules to maintain efficient operations.
