About the Position


We're seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of web design projects, utilizing various web apps, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. Your duties will include assigning tasks to team members, updating clients through our app, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities


As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our projects' success. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Collaborating with team members to assign tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Leading daily team sync-ups to discuss project progress and goals
  • Quality-checking the work of developers, copywriters, and designers
  • Participating in daily team meetings to share ideas and insights

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • Excellent written English skills for communicating with clients
  • A reliable, stable, and fast internet connection
  • Diligence and a passion for staying organized and communicating clearly
  • Project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing context
  • Familiarity with web design projects and various web apps (e.g., Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Zapier, WordPress, Leadpages)
  • Comfortable working virtually and being self-directed
  • Availability to work during normal business hours (EST, Monday - Friday)

Salary and Benefits


This role offers a competitive salary of R$5,780.00 per month and opportunities for growth and professional development.
