We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Development Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance risk analysis, report preparation, and customer support.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for students who are eager to learn and grow with our organization. As an Insurance Development Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting subscribers in risk analysis, preparing reports, attending and supporting brokers, and updating systems and tracking processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Risk Analysis Support: Assist in identifying and analyzing risks associated with various insurance policies.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and concerns from brokers and subscribers.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain systems to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate English proficiency is also required.
