Strategic Customer Liaison Specialist

This role is centered around customer success, requiring a strong analytical mind to drive business growth through key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, presenting results to customers, and monitoring team activities to achieve goals.
Main Responsibilities- Identify areas of improvement in processes and collaborate with the team to implement changes
- Develop action plans with station teams to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze impact and causes, preparing data-driven materials for decision-making
- Provide customer support and leadership, leveraging data and insights to inform proactive measures
- Map opportunities and develop new processes to improve service levels
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Three to four years' experience in customer-facing or administrative roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including macros
- Familiarity with BI tools (TIBCO-Spotfire, Power BI) and SharePoint
- Experience in project development using VBA
- Strong analytical profile focused on quality and problem-solving
