Role Overview:
The organisation requires a Key Talent Acquisition Strategist to play a critical role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for their operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with business leaders to understand organisational needs.
- Collaborate with HR: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
- Sourcing and Engagement: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage with highly skilled professionals.
- Job Descriptions and Interview Questions: Support hiring managers to develop and formulate job descriptions and interview questions.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the employer brand and make it an attractive workplace.
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Stay informed about industry trends and advise on talent acquisition strategies.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Support initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the organisation.
- Key Recruitment Metrics: Establish and track key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or equivalent within operations.
- Language Skills: Preferred communication skills that cover multiple languages and markets.
- Recruitment Knowledge: Knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and employment laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- ATS and HRIS: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
