We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Paralegal to support our U.S. immigration practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, proven experience handling employment-based immigration matters, and hands-on experience with L-1, H-1B, PERM, I-140, and I-485 cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality petitions for employment-based immigration cases, including L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, PERM, I-140, I-485, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3.
- Draft and organize USCIS, DOL, and NVC filings.
- Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and Denials with strategic writing.
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather documents and explain immigration procedures.
- Track filings and case status via USCIS, DOL, and NVC portals.
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in U.S. immigration law, including employment-based immigration.
- Hands-on experience with L-1A / L-1B, H-1B, PERM, I-140, and I-485.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with USCIS, DOL, and NVC platforms.
- Experience using legal software.
- LAW degree (JD or LL.B. preferred but not required).
