PerDiem Facility Services Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused PerDiem Facility Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to residents, families, guests, vendors, employees, and the public.

The successful candidate will maintain general building/campus security and a safe work environment, support light housekeeping to ensure an aesthetically pleasing environment, and provide quality customer service and effective communication with stakeholders. They will also assist all departments as needed, respond promptly to fire alarms and resident calls via telephone and/or paging system, and maintain composure during emergencies and emotional situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general building/campus security and a safe work environment;
  • Support light housekeeping to ensure an aesthetically pleasing environment;
  • Provide quality customer service and effective communication with residents, families, guests, vendors, employees, and the public;
  • Assist all departments as needed;
  • Respond promptly to fire alarms and resident calls via telephone and/or paging system;
  • Maintain composure during emergencies and emotional situations;
Requirements:
  • A valid/current PA driver's license in good standing;
  • Knowledge of/familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed;
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
