Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most questions involve Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and basic tax questions. We'll provide you with continuous support for everything.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions about TurboTax products and tax return software
  • Assist with downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing
  • Provide friendly, patient support and resolve issues on live calls
Qualifications
  • No specific accounting background required; enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills; articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver top-notch service
Compensation & Schedule
  • Earn $18.50 per hour
  • $405 bonus for certification as TurboTax Product Expert (certification over 2 days)
  • Flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday; minimum 20 hours per week; option to work more
Support & Roles
  • Assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for support during live calls
  • Support from a Marketplace Performance Specialist as advocate
