Position responsibilities include:
- Maintaining general building/campus security and a safe work environment;
- Supporting light housekeeping to ensure an aesthetically pleasing environment;
- Providing quality customer service and effective communication with residents, families, guests, vendors, employees, and the public;
- Assisting all departments as needed;
- Responding promptly to fire alarms and resident calls via telephone and/or paging system;
- Maintaining composure during emergencies and emotional situations.

- A valid/current PA driver's license in good standing;
- Knowledge of/familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed;
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
