This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770 - $38,130 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to faculty, staff, students, parents, visitors, and vendors
- Issue parking permits and maintain accurate permit records
- Accept and process parking ticket payments efficiently
- Handle parking appeals and communicate decisions professionally
- Provide fill-in support for departmental operations
- Perform related administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain positive relationships with diverse campus community members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to three years of related work experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications and database management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor when interacting with diverse populations
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor
- This position is considered Essential Services Staff; Essential Services Staff are required to report to campus and remain during inclement weather and other emergency situations; they are defined as those needed to deliver student services and maintain campus facilities, campus safety and security
- Overtime hours may be required, as needed
