Job Details

This position involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting a vibrant academic community as a dedicated Parking Services Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to diverse groups including faculty, staff, students, parents, visitors, and vendors

  • Issue parking permits and maintain accurate records

  • Accept and process payments efficiently

  • Handle appeals and communicate decisions professionally

  • Provide fill-in support for departmental operations

  • Maintain positive relationships with campus community members


Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • One to three years of related work experience

  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in computer applications and database management

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with diverse populations


Additional Information:
  • The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor

  • Overtime hours may be required as needed


Successful completion of background checks will be necessary.


Qualifications Overview

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. One to three years of related work experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications and database management.
