We are seeking an experienced project leader to drive high-performance teams in delivering exceptional software development projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage your leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, aligning efforts with project objectives and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, focusing on timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop strategic initiatives to propel multiple projects forward, prioritizing application/software development.
- Native English fluency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in Agile environments, with expertise in application/software development.
- Hands-on coding or development experience is essential.
- A dynamic work environment offering the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with the Oil and Gas industry is highly valued.
- Prior consulting experience or a consultative mindset will be beneficial.
