Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Sr Analyst to join our team in Ansell Brasil - Santo André. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading human resources responsibility for HR support for ABL, involving all subsystems: Training and Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Engagement, Internal Communication and Labor Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead human resources responsibility for HR support for ABL, involving all subsystems.
  • Accountable for ensuring that Brazil's HR strategy supporting the commercial region's business implementing the defined strategies aligning with local, regional and global goals.
  • Provide coaching/consultative services to all managers including Executive Board locally and for some people managers globally in implementation and execution of the business' strategic plan.
  • Implement human resources strategies to support reduction of labor liabilities, monitoring union negotiations, optimization of results of organizational climate research, implementation of Job and Salary Programs among others.
  • Manage internal communication and promote and execute campaigns, events and motivational actions, aligned with the company's culture.
  • Accountable for the entire selection process through the recruitment system and/or directly with agencies aligning the vacancy profile with the applicant.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related area.
  • Experience as HR Analyst.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies, Labor legislation and Organizational Development Tools.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing, with ability to speak with colleagues outside of the local Brazil office.
