Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled HR Sr Analyst to join our team in Ansell Brasil - Santo André. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for leading human resources responsibilities for ABL, including training and development, remuneration and benefits, employee administration, recruitment and selection, engagement, internal communication, and labor relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead human resources responsibilities for ABL, including all subsystems: Training and Development, Remuneration & Benefits, Employee Administration, Recruitment and Selection, Engagement, Internal Communication, and Labor Relations.
  • Accountable for ensuring that Brazil's HR strategy supports the commercial region's business, implementing defined strategies aligning with local, regional, and global goals, considering impacts to the business and labor legal consequences.
  • Provide coaching/consultative services to all managers, including Executive Board locally and for some people managers globally, in implementation and execution of the business' strategic plan.
  • Implement human resources strategies to support reduction of labor liabilities, monitoring union negotiations, optimization of results of organizational climate research, implementation of Job and Salary Programs, and more.
  • Manage internal communication and promote and execute campaigns, events, and motivational actions, aligned with the company's culture.
  • Accountable for the entire selection process through the recruitment system and/or directly with agencies, aligning the vacancy profile with the applicant, applying tests, and interviewing professionals.

Desirable Job Competencies
  • Degree in Business Administration or related area
  • Experience as HR Analyst
  • Knowledge of Human Resources policies, Labor legislation, and Organizational Development Tools
  • Fluent English speaking and writing, with ability to speak with colleagues outside of the local Brazil office
