Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Junior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tax compliance group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate calculation and collection of indirect taxes.

  • Ensure accurate calculation, collection, and recording of indirect taxes, guaranteeing full compliance with applicable tax legislation.
  • Analyze and classify tax documents, such as incoming and outgoing invoices, to ensure accounting compliance and tax reconciliation.
  • Monitor and manage state mailboxes, obtaining documents and information to efficiently respond to inspections and audits.
  • Perform tax bookkeeping, including issuing and posting invoices, reconciling tax accounts, and preparing detailed management reports, analyzing tax variations.
  • Validate and test tax systems, especially SAP, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal processes, including those related to Tax Reform.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in tax processes and systems, promoting automation and streamlining routines.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Tax Management, Tax Law, or Accounting (desired).
  • In-depth knowledge of indirect tax legislation.
  • Experience in team management and tax compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP, with a focus on tax processes.
  • Analytical skills to identify inconsistencies and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and work under pressure.
