Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As an HR leader, you will execute key responsibilities including recruitment and selection, employee relations, work life balance improvement projects, maximizing partner morale, wage and benefit changes, safety improvements, training and development, labor/union relations, policy administration, and regulatory compliance related to employment.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a larger team to meet business objectives and drive organizational success through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Represent Human Resources in cross-functional plant projects, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Administer policies and make recommendations on procedural or policy improvement opportunities, enhancing organizational efficiency.
  • Manage performance and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
  • Promote positive employee relations, creating a culture of respect, trust, and open communication.
  • Administer internal job transfers through all internal systems and local regulations, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Develop and execute training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze HR processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to lead partners and work effectively with Operations and Commercial teams.
  • Work with the HR Team Leader to implement staffing and workforce planning initiatives, driving business growth.
  • Communicate HR policies, compensation, benefits, and other HR initiatives to employees, promoting transparency and understanding.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership teams to improve standard policies, processes, and the overall employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, positions, and regulatory compliance.
