Job Summary

This role involves managing and organizing art tasks to help artists excel. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, and is comfortable managing schedules of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines and partner with art discipline leads and directors to execute tasks against dependency-driven asset schedules.
  • Facilitate constant communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proactively seek resolutions and identify problems before they become roadblocks.
  • Handle multiple large production needs within development pods, understand prioritizations, and maintain strong communication across multiple outlets.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in a production role managing cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of game development and project management practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders and adapt to ambiguous situations within a dynamic environment.
