We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Managing Consultant to join our Advisors Client Services team at Mastercard Data & Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex client engagements across various industries and problem statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive commercial success.
  • Serve as a trusted client business advisor and generate enthusiasm for the Mastercard team and our recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Culture
  • Guide team through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions and recommendations that drive client value.
  • Motivate the project delivery team to produce superior quality deliverables, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
  • Own relationship with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
  • Experience coaching and leading teams across large, complex projects.
  • Experience leading senior client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience leading proposal development and scoping of new opportunities.
  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm.
  • Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendations.
  • Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS), building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant industry expertise.
  • Master's degree with relevant specialization such as advanced analytics, big data, or mathematical discipline (not required).
