Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage judicial and administrative labor disputes, collaborating with external lawyers and law firms to develop and implement the most effective case management strategies.
  • Provide expert legal advice and opinions on labor law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Review and draft contracts and notifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, staying informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.

Requirements
