Job Title: Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, ensuring seamless client onboarding, and supporting the CEO with reporting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sale operations: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
- Track project timelines: Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support the CEO: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including reporting, task coordination, and other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with clients, sales teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client-facing digital roles
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Trello, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team
