Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of multiple projects and manage phase(s) for larger projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management throughout its entire life cycle, from initiation to close.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects, providing exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and cost plans that align with business objectives, established budgets, resources, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate day-to-day project delivery processes, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues, taking proactive corrective actions to prevent delays or budget overruns.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports related to the project, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and prepare updates for management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a lead role.
  • A Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in the maritime and/or offshore industry.
  • Possession of a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or a general certification in Project Management is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience and knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques, including MS Office and MS Project.
  • Ability to work positively with diverse individuals involved in the project, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Capacity to identify, analyze, and solve complex project-related problems, using sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, monitoring, and controlling skills for project contractual requirements, budgets, schedules, and technical work.
Reporting Relationships:

This role reports to a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Director, or Executive level position.
