Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and guarantee client approval of project scope, including composition drawings and overviews.
  • Conduct change management processes for ongoing projects.
  • Check and approve project documents such as designation correspondence tables, project definitions, and packing lists.
  • Facilitate CLM processes and third-party tasks like kick-off meetings, follow-ups, invoicing, and notifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Office Package, with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets.
  • Desirable notions of Visio.
  • Advanced English skills desirable.
