As a Project Launch Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our team from Day 1, guiding them through the successful implementation of Workvivo.

About This Role

Project Launch Coordinators translate business objectives into actionable steps, oversee project setup and training, and ensure timely launch milestones are met.

  • Delivering projects following established methodologies
  • Managing multiple customer projects within scope and schedule
  • Engaging and managing key customer stakeholders throughout the implementation

This role requires bilingual skills at a Business Proficiency level with English, and Portuguese. Spanish fluency would be beneficial as well.

About Our Team

Collaborate with customers to lead them through the onboarding process and train project teams on Workvivo features.

Responsibilities:
  • Understanding customer goals & objectives and translating those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process
  • Delivering high customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Being the first point of contact for all aspects of your customer during Onboarding

We're looking for someone who has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, experience in a customer-facing role in software project implementation, and a customer-first mentality.
