Latin American Network Manager: Shaping the Future of Cross-Border Payments

Nium, a global leader in real-time cross-border payments, is seeking an experienced professional to lead the expansion and management of our payment network across Latin America. With a mission to deliver the global payments infrastructure of tomorrow, today, we are shaping how banks, fintechs, and businesses collect, convert, and disburse funds instantly across borders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management: Lead relationships with regional bank partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, rapid integration, and compliance.
  • Network Expansion & Execution: Drive strategic growth in the region, including new payment corridors, functionalities, and bank partnerships.
  • Thought Leadership: Be a subject matter expert in regional regulations, pricing, risk appetite, and account opening processes.
  • Company Representation: Represent Nium at senior levels with regional bank partners, building strong relationships and networks.
  • Implementation: Negotiate contracts with bank partners, advocating for fair positions and driving project implementation.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to drive bank partners' adherence to product roadmaps and set realistic expectations.

Requirements include 5-8 years of experience in payments and banking products, transaction banking and FX knowledge, and expertise in understanding complex payments flows. Analytical and conceptual thinkers with ability to devise strategic approaches will thrive in this role.
