The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Delivery Lead 2, AI to partner with Fortune 500 clients and drive product development. As a Virtual CEO of your project, you will have the unique opportunity to build and grow a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate holistic project plans and goals to ensure program delivery success.
  • Partner across teams to drive product development and deliver desired outcomes.
  • Provide effective decision-making on complex issues of scope, design, architecture, and process.
  • Deliver timely and tailored communication for various audiences.
  • Optimize processes and use of time for your team.
  • Apply appropriate project management frameworks to suit the customer and product.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Experience leading large-scale custom software development projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing software projects with complex scopes and executive partners.
  • Experience facilitating working sessions with client stakeholder groups and internal teams.
  • Ability to clarify complex ideas and navigate ambiguity.

Bonus Points

  • Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Experience leading projects that require the build and delivery of successful native iOS and/or Android applications.
  • Experience managing data engineering and/or machine learning projects.
  • Familiarity with common data science development processes and frameworks.
  • Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
