Key Position:

We are seeking a skilled Test Assurance Specialist to work on ensuring the reliability, performance and compliance of SAP systems.

The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in our organization.

  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and maintain functional regression test plans.
    • Execute test cases across SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, and FI.
    • Utilize tools like HP ALM and UFT for test management and Tricentis Tosca for automation.
  • Defect Management:
    • Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
    • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Recommend enhancements to testing processes and tools.
    • Implement best practices to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
    • Participate in project reviews and provide quality status updates.
  • Automation & Performance Testing:
    • Develop automated test scripts for regression and performance testing.
    • Utilize tools like LoadRunner and QTP/UFT.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in SAP QA testing roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SAP modules and integration testing.
    • Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
    • Knowledge of SQL, Unix scripting, and SAP GUI protocols.
    • Knowledge of Power BI and ADO plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Strong training and people skills.
    • Ability to work in Agile and hybrid project environments.
